Common questions
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is done on Wednesdays and Fridays in Amuwo Odofin LGA, between 12 PM and 6 PM. Purchases made on Wednesdays and Fridays before 8 AM can be picked up on the same day. Pickup address would be sent to you via email after payment.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Nigeria and to select international destinations. Lagos orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days; other Nigerian cities in 2–5 business days. International delivery takes 7–14 business days.
What are the earrings made of?
Each piece is hand-beaded using glass seed beads and gold-plated or gold-filled hooks. Every pair is lightweight and made to be comfortable for all-day wear.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each piece is made by hand, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my earrings?
Store your earrings in the box or a soft pouch, keep them away from water and perfume, and clean gently with a dry cloth. Avoid bending or crushing the beaded structure.
When will sold-out pieces be back in stock?
Restocks happen every 2–4 weeks depending on the piece. Join the waitlist on any sold-out product and you’ll be emailed — and optionally texted — as soon as it returns.
